Sunday checklist

During sound check

• Switch on projectors
• Open Propresenter
• Ensure that PCO compares to Agenda
• Ensure that pre service videos do not have unnecessary gaps and ensure that auto advance is enabled
• Ensure countdown timer is enabled to start pre service videos
• Import Sermon Powerpoint into Propresenter or open in Powerpoint
• Ensure that sermon timer macro is enabled
• Ensure that correct family news slides are available
• Ensure that host intro slides are available

After sound check

• Confirm song structure with worship leader
• Confirm order of service

Pre service

• Start pre service videos when countdown timer is complete

During service

• Follow program
• During sermon, if slides are run from Powerpoint, ensure Powerpoint window has focus for remote clicker to work

Post service

• Switch off projectors after sufficient time of service end
• Switch off Propresenter PC
