Rehearsal checklist

Before sound check

• Review set list, especially reference audio, on PCO, to know what end result the band is aiming for
• Review singers and musicians on PCO to know what Vocals and Instruments are involved
• Line check: Verify that all relevant stage inputs and outputs work
• Replace batteries in all needed cordless mics
• Greet band members

During sound check

• Direct sound check, unless Music Director does it
• Ensure Gain for each channel is appropriately set
• Adjust monitors as requested
• Once band is working through material:
  • Check channel Gains
  • Check channel EQs
  • Check channel Compression
  • Follow the music to know which vocals and instruments lead when

Miscellaneous

• Once the console configuration for the specific band has settled, save the Session
